I’m Amanda, a coffee and chocolate obsessed recovering perfectionist. I am passionate about learning to joyfully adjust through life’s constantly changing seasons. I love helping and encouraging others in their journey to joyful, peaceful lives.
As someone who has struggled with (and learned how to overcome) depression and anxiety, along with a host of other emotional and physical health concerns, I understand how difficult life can be at times.
But what I have found as I have been walking on my journey to health in all areas of my life is that everything in life, including the difficulties, are broken up into seasons.
And, like the seasons of the calendar, the seasons we must weather in life always change. It’s how I cope with those changes that makes or breaks how that season effects my life.
Even though life is crazy and constantly shifting and changing, it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
I’ve found tools that have helped me to navigate overcoming depression, anxiety, and overwhelm, as well as improving my overall physical health, and I want to share these tools, methods, and mindsets with you.
Join me on this journey called life, and we can navigate these changing seasons together, choosing to have an attitude of joy and excitement, and loving every moment of our lives.
