It’s December! You know what that means – time to break out all things Christmas! In my family, the Christmas season starts the day after Thanksgiving. So naturally, my home is already completely decked out for the holiday. Christmas is the perfect time to enjoy old traditions and even create some new ones. One thing I have always loved is learning about other people’s traditions. So, I was super excited when I got the opportunity to preview and write a review for a new book written by The Awe Filled Homemaker.
Christmas Around the World
The Awe Filled Homemaker provided me with a free copy of this book in exchange for a book review. The opinions in this review are my own and The Awe Filled Homemaker did not tell me what to write.
This book is absolutely delightful. It is written as an Advent workbook, with one page of text and two pages of activities for each day. Over the course of this 24-day activity book, you and your family will learn about the Christmas traditions of 21 different countries. Additionally, this book has lessons on what Advent is, who St. Nicholas was, and the Birth of Christ.
Christmas Around the World is the perfect book to read with your family in this Advent season. With lots of coloring pages and activity sheets, your child will have a blast learning about other cultures. It even comes with a fun passport book to stamp each country your child has learned about. You can pick up your copy over at Awe Filled Homemaker.
Stay tuned for more fun Christmas ideas!
